II. SUPPORTING DOCS:

            A checklist is also on the loan submission, but you will need:

            Signed Contract for Purchases
            Survey
            Copy of insurance (must be builders risk on rehab projects)
            Copy of HUD/Settlement statement from your recent closing
   for cashout loans
